"High on Life" is Lara Frances' debut album and showcases Lara's incredible fusion of contagious pop melodies and gripping lyrics.

The album was produced in less than 2 weeks; with every second spent arranging and tracking these songs with Sven Blumer, Stephan Cloete and Lara herself, standing out as an iconic experience in my early days of music production.

The title track "High on Life" also made a strong dent as a hit song on national radio in 2007.

"High on Life" was recorded partly in the Stellenbosch University Konservatorium, and partly in our first residential studio, Studio 48, in Stellenbosch.
